The yuilop smartphone app only uses the cell phone data plan, which is also used when you are surfing or checking your emails via your device. This flat-rate has no additional cost for yuilop users. Of course you can also use the app through an active wireless hotspot for free.

Currently, the yuilop app for smartphones, tablets and other connected devices is available with Android operating systems. The version for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad is also available at the Apple iTunes store. We are working on the BlackBerry version, but yuilop will soon be available to all other operating systems such as Windows Phon 7 and Symbian.

With yuilop you can call, text and chat with your smartphone for free – to over 110 countries! Online chats, such as the facebook messenger are also integrated into the app.  You won’t need more than yuilop from now on, all the communication channels are combined by a simple concept. You know that story for sure. A phone call is interrupted and you are desperately trying to call that person again and again. But, as the other side simultaneously recalls, it is permanently staffed. That does not happen with yuilop anymore. Our called “Call-Crahs” will be merged, where both parties try to reach each other simultaneously.

Another feature of the app yuilop is that you cana change from wifi to 3G tduring the call. An innovative 3G-to-wifi handover allows its users a "fquick change" between these networks. Moreover, the phone calls with yuilop are not interrupted, in contrast to traditional voice calls, upon entering into the elevator, or while driving through a tunnel. Only a short break and then you can continue talking without problems. yuilop users can make calls witout any concerns about the reach of Wi-Fi networks or poor reception.

As the first and so far the only comparable provider, we only use one single protocol for our app, over which all media (text, voice, and chat) is handled. This allows us to respond with more flexibility to our customers and market needs; and to consume less energy.

The energy tab is structured as a very easy and simple model. As soon as you registered you will receive 100 energy credits from us. A sent SMS will cost you 5 credits, one minute of a voice-call will cost you 3,5 credits.

Yes, you can use yuilop (Tablet, iPod, IOS,...) on multiple devices. For this, you have to use the same number you used for registation. So it is possible to use your iPad like a Smartphone (send SMS, yuilop-chat, send images,...)

yuilop can easily be linked to Facebook. So, for using this option, you'll need to tap in the "Facebook" button and log into your Facebook account.

Yes, the channel will be displayed in your interaction with intuitive icons.

Free International SMS are available in over 100 countries. These are of course, completely free as normal SMS, are . An updated list can be found in our blog. Since we are constantly expanding the list, it is worth checking ;)

In yuilop all your conversations are always encrypted. Furthermore, at each installation it takes place user verification, so that your yuilop account never will be used by others.

We have implemented a new button in the yuilop app that resets your account.

This means you can delete your account yourself.

If you reset your account, we destroy all your data. However, we won't for six days, since many reset the function to reinstall the app. After the seventh day the account and all associated data is then deleted completely and irrevocably.
