Performance Marketing Manager (Online/Mobile)
As Performance Marketing Manager for yuilop you are primarily taking care of our mobile and online marketing campaigns. That means your world is all about crunching numbers, tracking tracking tracking, analyzing and taking the right measures and optimization.

- Can you build a scalable acquisition engine?
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and improve strategy for user acquisition
- Set up and manage mobile and online marketing channels (Display-Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Facebook etc.)
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of current campaigns based on your KPIs
- Manage and deploy advertising budgets
- Set up reporting and management dashboards
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Track acquired users of lifecycle and optimize acquisition channels accordingly
Job requirements:
- Among top 30% of Master or Bachelor Degree, preferably studies of marketing, business, economics or mathematics/science
- Successful track record of at least 3 years work experience within the field of online or mobile marketing, preferably in a start-up environment
- Profound knowledge and deep interest in online and performance marketing
- Good communication skills, fluent in English, a team player
- Very strong analytical and number skills - NumberCruncher
- Experience in working with web analytic tools (e.g. google analytics) and adservers
- Demonstrated capability and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding start-up environment
