Junior Mobile Ad Sales

Then you’re just the person we’re looking for as a Junior Sales Manager Ad Sales!

We’re a successful, rapidly growing international mobile start-up with currently 20 staff members, first-rate VC backing, with our headquarter in the heart of Barcelona!

To build up our client base we need your support. You’ll be given overall sales responsibility with (i) agencies or (ii) direct advertising clients.

Your job responsibilities will include:

  • Acquisition, consulting and support of various advertisers, sponsors and media agencies
  • Client lead management among (i) agencies and (ii) direct advertising clients
  • Negotiating (i) contracts, (ii) campaigns and (iii) partnerships
  • responsible for offers, concepts and presentations, and employs it successfully
  • working on sales strategies to attract new clients
  • convincing our customers with very good product presentations
  • continuously standing in contact with advertisers and media agencies (by phone and in person on site)

Job requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field or marketing-oriented education in the media-, communications- and advertising-industry or a related field
  • At least 1 year professional experience in the field of (i) marketers, (ii) ad networks or (iii) advertising
  • Existing network of contacts among (i) digital & media agencies or (ii) direct advertising clients in different Europe countries
  • Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, determination, ambition and resilience
  • Fluent in German and English, additional Spanish skills would help
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Great negotiating and closing skills; results-oriented
  • Demonstrated capability and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding start-up environment
