User retention & Engagement Manager

Job Responsibilities 

• You will have a passion for customer-centric communications that drive commercial impact together with a deep understanding of email marketing including segmentation and testing.
• You will be instrumental in creating and managing CRM activity
• You will identify and deliver initiatives that deepen customer engagement
• You will decrease churn and improve retention rate while helping to maximize the lifetime value of existing customers
• You will be bursting with client focus ideas from day one

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Hands-on experience of delivering multi-audience CRM strategies in a B2C environment
• Cross functional project coordination
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrates initiative and persistence – is self-motivated
