Job title: PHP Developer BackOffice & Web

You will be responsible for designing and developing the BackOffice of yuilop, as well as collaborating on the web interface and web app of yuilop. You’ll be expected to work collaboratively with the marketing and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of routing optimization mechanics
• Design and development BackOffice functionalities
• Collaboration on design and development of web interface and web app
• Design and Development of Business Intelligence solution, including Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Data marts and Reporting
• Production of high quality, maintainable code using latest technologies

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience creating interfaces, large scale websites, or applications. Mobile experience a plus
• A hard-earned bachelor’s degree in design or a related subject – or the equivalent on-the-job experience
• Experience in PHP5 programming with CodeIgniter and ideally also HipHop framework
• Experience in web programming with Javascript, JSON, HTML5, CSS
• Experience with database extraction MySQL, and ideally also NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB or CouchDB)
• Knowledge of other languages like Java, node.js, C#, C++ and/or Python preferred
• Experience in developing high performance, high availability systems
• Good understanding of application servers
• Experience and knowledge of agile software development methodologies
• Strong attention to detail

Job title: UI Visual Designer (mobile)

As a Visual Designer focusing on yuilop’s mobile platform you will work closely with developers, business, marketing and design team throughout all stages of the product cycle to create compelling, coherent and user friendly designs. You are a critical thinker with the ability to express concepts verbally and visually and refine them through to final production artwork enabling you to have an impact on the mobile experience of the growing yuilop community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate user feedback and business requirements into onscreen hand-held device and web user interfaces.
• Deliver preliminary mockups, pie-in-the sky mockups and final mockups.
• Understand specific requirements for each mobile platform and deliver pixel perfect assets.
• Ensure the coherent visual presentation of several yuilop touch-points on devices and on the broader Internet.
• Contribute to the continuing development of yuilop’s visual style.
• Develop new approaches to complex design problems and convey ideas in tangible and aesthetically refined forms.

Requirements:

yuilop is looking for a Project Manager to manage and ensure the timely delivery of the mobile applications and supporting systems based on design specifications and business requirements. The position is reporting directly to the CTO of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Management Office
• Work closely with CTO and act as interface between business, marketing, design and development
• Ensure communication between all teams involved with delivery from business over design to development
• Manage product requirements and prioritization
• Ensure  availability of complete development specifications and consistency across platforms
• Develop and manage project plans on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure timely delivery of development according to specifications
• Manage test team and testing process from test case production to quality assurance
