Samsung and its Galaxy S4

On Thursday night Samsung has presented their new smartphone : The Galaxy S4 !

It has been a huge success. Youtube streaming of the event had around 500 000 viewers.

According to transcriptions, Samsung Galaxy S4 is very close to S3 and Note 2”. But it is thinner, more resistant and has a better battery life. It also comes with a larger, 5-inch, screen, in comparison to the S3 with its 4.8-inch. But at the same time it is also thinner : 0.31 inches. It weighs 130 grams, runs on a faster chip and has a 13-megapixel camera that allows rear and front cameras to take simultaneous photos and videos.

So for Samsung lovers, this smartphone is going to roll out the last week of April. The official price of the device is not available yet. Some website are saying that the price will be around 700€, which is way too expensive since we can now buy a Nexus 4 for only 300€.

“It’s important that we are able to deliver to consumers a device that both has a good hardware and software.” says J.K. Shin, president of Samsung’s mobile-communications business.

All that is left now, is to wait to get the hands on the new Samsung Galaxy S4, and decide, is it the best device on the market?

Manage and lead teams of server and client side developers to deliver new and enhanced products.
Manage day to day running of the teams and ensure the coordination between client and server teams

Provide Agile management and detailed tracking and reporting of projects, , as well as analysis of the impact of scope change and resource reallocations on release timelines.
Set the standards and guidelines for software product development processes and deliverables, measure performance against the standards, and drive improvements when and where needed

Ensure that the technical team is excelling in their duties and responsibilities

Person Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in software engineering team management positions
Extensive experience with software development methodologies and principles of software development
Proven track record of building and managing strong software development teams
Proven track record of delivering multiple software products/services on time, with a commitment to quality
Strong technical skills, especially with software design and architecture
Ability to effectively sponsor/manage multiple software projects, and to take ownership of complex development efforts

Group chat

Hey Yuilopers !

You finally have a possibility to make group chats using your yuilop app. And we are going to explain you how to do it.

Step one :
In you yuilop app, go to “chats” and select the Group chat button.

Step two :
yuilop will propose you all your yuilop contacts. (you are not able to use a group chat with non-yuilop users). Select all of the friends you want to make a conversation with and press ok.
Remember : You can only have a group chat with up to 20 friends. The number of selected people is indicated next to the “ok” button.

Step three :
Write the group name that you want, press ok and create a group. Now you can enjoy chatting with all your friends at the same time and for free!

Group Modifications/Delete :
If you want to change the name of your group, add or remove a friend, you can go to “info” and make changes that you want and then press “save”.
If you simply want to end this conversation, all you have to do is just delete the group.

Now you can fully enjoy your Group Chat with up to 20 friends !

New Iberia Express Mobile Travel App Achieves No. 2 Rank Using yuilop Sponsored Chat

Barcelona, February 21, 2021 – yuilop, the free communications app for iOS and Android, has announced the results of its Sponsored Chat campaign with Iberia Express, a new subsidiary of Spain’s Iberia airlines. yuilop’s Sponsored Chat is an in-app media message advertising service that allows brands to reach yuilop users with campaigns.

How to synchronize contacts in iOS ?

When you have an iPhone, you don’t necessarily have all of your contact synchronized. There is a little manipulation that might help you to make sure that you have all of your contacts synced on yuilop.

You need to go on you contact list, and press the button on the top right corner and select “refresh my contact list”.
So simple, but quite necessary once in awhile…

If the first time you access yuilop and your contact list there is not updated you might have to go to the settings of your iPhone and allow yuilop the access to contacts.
